Venting Always end up back here

Basically what the title says.

Things had been better for a small while.. but hey it's me again.

I always get back to this place wondering when it will be the last time. When I will have enough of going through this cycle.

same here. i'll go through phases of being here everyday and then go for a while not even thinking about it, but i always end up coming back.

Same, I always tell myself that progress isn't linear but I wonder why it feels so cyclical
