Does anyone know how to get through the day without alcohol? I smoke THC free weed but the high isn't as good, any way I can make it higher? Thank you for your help!

Are you addicted/dependent? Is the point to kick alcohol specifically, and not all drugs?
If so you can't just drop it and expect to function; your body has become used to it to function. Tapering is a better strategy.

the extent of the withdrawal symptoms depends on how severely the body is addicted to alcohol. if someone's body is profoundly reliant on it, the withdrawals from going cold turkey can be fatal (and its a very unpleasant death.) Going cold turkey can work if a person is less severely reliant on alcohol, or if they are just psychologically dependent but not physically dependent. But OP would need to figure out for themselves if going cold turkey is safe

Correct; withdrawals can in fact be fatal. I don't get the sense OP is reliant but cold turkey as blanket advice is fucking terrible.

Struggling with this myself as well. I've been sober for 2 weeks and am not sure if i can go much longer lol. For me, trying to get more social stimulation (talking to people online, playing games with them, etc) has helped me get through the days without thinking as much about drinking. But socializing can also take a lot of energy, so i get that its not feasible for everyone. As for the weed... I mean, THC is really the main component that makes the high good, so its gonna be hard to get a lot out of THC-free weed
