Alcohol + Sleeping Pills

Do you guys think that mixing alcohol with OTC sleeping pills is an effective method to ctb? I've heard that overdosing on sleeping pills alone is not an effective method, but that alcohol and sleeping pills may be more lethal since both create serious effects on the heart as a combo. When I go, I am looking to get very drunk then take a few sleeping pills (or possibly more) to end it all. I'm not sure if there's a certain number/estimate of how many sleeping pills I should take once I'm drunk.

No. You'll probably just end up being very ill, possibly with long term damage.
