My friend who CTB back last April preferred CTE "cease to exist", in part because he didn't like the bus aspect as it reminded him of being poor (living in LA without a car is horrible).

CTE is a decent alternative if you don't like the bus vision.

I went to the actual website and they wouldn't let me just buy it. You have to verify who you are and why you want it. They only allow terminal people to purchase it. I sent them a long email about my situation and how this isn't a rash decision and that i have truly tried every possible way to get help and they replied that assisted suicide for mental issues is illegal amd they cannot help.

I actually thought ctb was close the book. Only because I have a semi colon tattoo after a suicide attempt that I came back from and semi colon means the author could have ended the story but chose not to. But if u close the book it's done so to speak!

Here are the abbreviations I'd like to share (for new members).

OP is an abbreviation for Original Post or Original Poster
OT means Off Topic
Exit or EI is short for Exit International
SS is short for Sanctioned Suicide
H2S is short for Hydrogen Sulfide

This is for new users on here.

N stands for Nembutal. It's used in physician assisted suicide and to euthanize animals. You can find more information about it in the peaceful pill handbook.

We aren't allowed to give personal information on people who have resources, so you'll have to also look at the peaceful pill handbook. We tend to use initials only, A, B, N.

PPH or PePH or any variation is peaceful pill handbook.

SN stands for sodium nitrite. It's an inorganic salt. There's also more information in the PPH.

Ctb means catch the bus or to kill yourself.

If you want to find more resources, there is a resources pinned in the sanctioned suicide forum. You can also search megathreads. There are megathreads on getting N from A, one on SN, one on hanging, and others.
