About SN and how should I feel when I do it

Can someone explain me how does it feels to ingest SN, I saw it on the mega thread not too long ago but I don't find it , it someone has that article I would be glad .


And i wanted to ask , i know you're supposed to take it with an antianemic and antiacid to prevent you from puking and help on the digestive process, i also wanna know if it was possible to take something for the anxiety/heart palpitations to be calmer when this part of the process is happening, any that can be easily bought on a drugstore

I'll just tell you what I saw when I watched on a livestream of one member from SS ctb:

-After the first 10 minutes of drinking the SN, this person wanted to throw up but passed out.
-He started mumbling but he seemed not to be in pain. This situation lasted for about 30 minutes.
-After those 30 minutes, he stopped moving so I guessed he was at peace. The livestream was immediatly stopped because another person was in charge of it.

I would certainly choose SN as a method. It seems really peaceful.

It's very comforting to read the descriptions being clear that there's no pain and at the most just a mild discomfort. I confess I'm very terrified, but the idea that ctb doesn't have to be painful is reassuring.

Mild dizziness and headache and heavy nausea for some 15 minutes, until you simply get sleep.

You can avoid those symptoms until certain point usings meds like Metoclopramide or Domperidone (1hour after takin sn to avoid nausea) and Paracetamol, Ibuprofen or other painkillers do the headache.

Okay now I am terrified of waking up after sn. That would be so horrible.

I've heard it's possible to recover on your own without intervention, but i'm in the same boat. honestly if i woke up after my attempt I can't assume what I'd do. I think I'd call my mom or something, but part of me hopes the calm that comes from the falling asleep follows me into the waking up.

I guess I just worry about the pain etc with (if) waking up and needed medical intervention. Yeesh. Hard to plan for that

Did they follow stans guide? The pph also has an observed case where the person simply got drowsy and unconscious.

Good point, I have personally read and followed the steps of the guide though I suppose I can't say for sure if they did or not.

It depends on the preparation and other factors (general health, weight, and pain tolerance).

From reading some sn ctb threads the symptoms vary a lot. Nothing too horrific however not exactly n peaceful. imo the whole sn ordeal just seems very uncomfortable and anxiety inducing. It does however give one the luxury of knowing that if they fail chances are they won't be too messed up to live a normal life after. Unlike the other methods where permanent damage will occur if failed. At least to my knowledge.

Yes, I think the same. I actually had many doubts about SN but after watching that video, I really wish to leave this world like that.

No, it wasn't! I could barely hear it but well, he was away from his microphone maybe that's why? I can't confirm it 100% but his mumbling was certainly not noisy at all.
