Aborting my plan

I was going to hang myself tomorrow evening.

Today is the first time I tied a proper knot. When I tested it out, I nearly passed out and panicked

The experience gave me a wake up call. I'll try everything I can to get better first

It's comforting to know that I can exit at any time.

I'm scared of the psych ward but maybe my life will get better if I open up to my problems
