Not long back another user, xaninos, commented on my post in a thread. It wasn't much other than an acknowledgement and appreciation of an obscure cult movie.
You know what? It meant something. I interacted and found a small spark of joy. I immediately followed them and went about my day.
They are no longer here. I should have known it was a potential inevitability considering the forum where it took place. It struck me hard and I haven't been able to get it off my mind.
In such a small time, this person helped me. I wish I had said something sooner.
