Why lawsuit? It's not a "how-to". It just tells about the dangers of SN. It tells loved ones what to look for if they suspect someone is going to use SN to ctb. I see nothing illegal about any of this. If anything, it can be considered a pro-life book.
They have quite the amusing hustle going. I like "Mental Illness & Recovery" with its bright yellow Comic Sans cover. Seriously though, hope no one falls for these.
