Just wanted to make a little positive vent! I've been attempt-free for over a month now! I'm proud of myself. Unfortunately, when I told my psychiatrist about my milestone, she said that it shouldn't even have to be a milestone. So, fuck her for invalidating my achievement. I'll continue to learn to take care of myself without her, and at my own pace.

very very proud of you. Honestly that is a big milestone for a lot of people like us, and fuck what your psychiatrist says because that's genuinely something worth celebrating. Going at your own pace is a great idea. I believe in you
