Method A losers lazy SN protocol

I'm currently in the psych ward (again) >w< so I'm just kind of theory-crafting trying to figure out what protocol would work well for me once I finally get my hands on sodium nitrite T-T I'm a schizo so I take Olanzapine, and I've read that that's a substitute for an antiemetic. I haven't bought any antacid yet, but you can just go into the pharmacy and buy them, so that's not a big stress factor. Really, now it's just about getting my hands on my sodium nitrite and fucking killing myself :3

But yeah, I just want to get some feedback, I'm trying for something lazy and not a big 48-hour protocol.

-8 Hours	Minimum time to start fast for solids
-2.5 Hours	Take a handful of my remaining Oxazepam
-2.5 Hours	Take 10mg Olanzapine
-2 Hours	Minimum time to start fast for liquids
-1 Hour	Take 600mg of Ibuprofen
-30 Min	Take double dose of what is recommended on the label of the antacid. (have yet to source)
-00:00	Drink 25g SN in 50mL of water (drink backup cup of 25g SN in 50mL of water if I vommit)

After SN: send goodbyes
Then rest in bed and lose consciousness.

Doing the exact same but with Domperidone at -45 instead of Olanzapine as soon as my SN delivery arrives. Good luck and I hope it goes smoothly for you!

After reading the chapter on Sodium Nitrite in the PPeH, I think I'll be removing the antacid and ibuprofen from my protocol. Simplifying it to:

-8 Hours	Minimum time to start fast for solids
-2.5 Hours	Take a handful of my remaining Oxazepam
-2.5 Hours	Take 10mg Olanzapine
-2 Hours	Minimum time to start fast for liquids
00:00	Drink 25g SN in 50mL of water (drink backup cup of 25g SN in 50mL of water if I vommit)

why take out the ibuprofen?

why take out the ibuprofen?

I read (cant remember where) that it could be problematic with taking it on an empty stomach as well as it's not listed in the PPeH's protocol. Cutting it just made sense for a lazy protocol.
