21st birthday

my last couple of birthdays have been absolute shit but i think this years is going to take the cake. last year, just before my 20th, i went through a psychotic episode (?) which worsened my already debilitating OCD. i've pretty much been on a downward spiral since then. i have no friends, no hobbies, goals, desire for close relationships, etc. i've become quite depressed and isolated from my family. im getting older while my life is only getting worse. my 21st is next week and im not looking forward to it. feeling very alone :"<
