zero budget - how to ctb

because thats how i want to pass away.

i already have the equipment for an exit bag. but i am afraid, that i will survive it by mistake.

want to avoid this. i want a chemical method with 100% ctb.

thought about going to the doctor and pretending i am addicted to heroine and maybe get some methadone for a few days.

should be enough to ctb. i researched a lot about how much to take to be 100% dead. but i my actual situation not possible.

exit bag:

- bag with band to close
- helium (just a small bottle - thats one problem)
- flexible tube
- camping gas (buthane - small bottle - another problem)
- regulation tool for preassure-control
- tape to close around the neck

i am afraid of the following things:
- when i start the procedure the gas is filling the bag. but when the preassure is too high it will maybe burst and as i resilt i would survive maybe
- when the gas is out before 100% dead maybe i will suffer or survive
- if there is a hole i maybe survive

how to protect the bag from exploding?

Don't tape the bag, there has to be room to allow gas and carbon dioxide to escape. I wouldn't use camping gas either if you want it to be peaceful. The helium may be another issue, are you sure it's pure? A lot of manufactures are doing an 80/20 mix because there was too much media coverage of people ctb with it.
The best setup consists of a regulator and flow meter to get optimal pressure and flow. The gas will last longer that way.
My setup is going to be nitrogen, and i have most of the materials already. I'll post some photos shortly.
Ignore the cat litter i spilled trying to open the damn bag lol. The mask can be thrown away, it's the tubing you want. The mask won't keep oxygen out 100% The flow meter should read 15lpm for optimal time. You'll need the gas to run for at least 20 minutes.

I've read somewhere that there's a shortage of helium at the moment, but you can try an industrial gas supplier. Pure nitrogen is easier to get, I've found.

dont want to panic and rip the bag off in the process of dying.

From I understand, it's just like breathing regular air because the air that we breathe now is mostly nitrogen anyway so our bodies don't freak out over it. There is also helium and argon in the air we breathe but in much lower concentrations, That's what drew me to nitrogen over the others, but all three are supposed to be the same. As far as injecting something, it's going to be very difficult for you to find anything that would do the job and not be very painful without having to spend some money. Even then, with N, you'll pass out before you give yourself a lethal dosage. You would have to give yourself an IV catheter for that to work.

2. heard your dick will get hard because of the blood sinking down the body - dont want to be found like that
3. your eyes and face will be total destroyed by hanging - want to give my child the opportunity to see me one time looking not like a punch bag

i tried one time with buthane but i made a few mistakes and because of this i survived. and it wasnt nice when i felt suffocating. and later i woke up and had serios panic. very very bad feeling.

I'm in the U.S. so it might be different for you, but I was able to order SN for $20 USD. The price varies depending on what retailer you get it from and other factors. Hope you're able to work something out

If you fit or faint and fall forward before you die and stay like that your face will be black and blue anyway

Methadone isn't given out to random people; you have to test positive for opiates to be put on a MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) program. That's along with detailed interviews about your drug history and any other medical testing they ask for to prove you need it. In the case of methadone specifically, clients go in to the clinic once per day and swallow their single dose right there, and they do that every single day until they have a long-established pattern of sobriety and are finally prescribed take-home doses.

Sure, there are shitty doctors that have shady practices, but most of the time there's a waiting list to even get into places with the above standard procedures in place.

There are many places, it is used in preserving meat and it's very cheap. There's a few steps for the method, it's not as simple as swallowing. There's a megathread on the subject.

I have 2 failed suicide using the exit bagg method. i would suggest a diiferet type of gas then helium because, depening on they manifacture theres usually air mixed in the tank.

i dont know you...but nothing but love....stay safe
