It might sound corny, but the only happy moment in the entire life was probably my second MDMA trip... :)

Thats not corny. I understand this, MDMA is a very good problem killer for few hours :-)

Any memory under the age of 8 with my nan when she was still alive. One of my fondest memories with her was doing a treasure hunt with her & my grandad. We drove around the forest in her red jeep , I remember having a drink of coke in the pub garden and I won this bouncy pink monster toy that now I think about it made a very strange noise . Oh and every Friday when she would pick me up with a freddo bar or a very tiny pack of Cadbury buttons. This is back when freddo bars were 10p. Talk about inflation haha.

Reading Pickwick Papers late into the night one summer vacation in the country. Taking a break to see the sunset, returning to read by the fire.

I think that most of us are spending their time thinking about all the bad things that happend in their life. But what about the happy moments? If it's comfortable of course, I would like to hear about the happiest memory you've got^-^

PS: Please don't judge my english, I'm from germany^^"

My happiest memory is a dream when I was a small child. I was walking with my parents, one in each hand, in a green place, full of green grass, and in the right there was a small river.

I also remember (this wasn't the dream before) that my parents asking me if I loved more my father or mother, and I was saying I love them both, while running to them for a hug.

Honestly, probably the first time I did meth. All of my fear and anxiety just vanished. The world seemed brighter, music sounded so goddamn crystal clear.... I felt on top of the world. There was nothing I couldn't do.

But as the night approached the paranoia and fear set in. So... the trade off really sucked.

One of my happiest moments in my life was when I found out I made the JV baseball team when I was in the 10th grade. About 50 guys tried out and I was one of the lucky 10 - 15 the coach picked to be on the team. Unfortunately I had to quit the team a week later because of my mom and my job : (

Three months with my ex.
Those were the most magical three months of my life.
Since then my standards for acquiring (?) a girlfriend rose exponentially. Trying Tinder after her turned into a disgusting experience: alcoholics and whores all over the place.

Being held briefly. Happened maybe twice in my adult life. Last time, many years ago, I felt my blood pressure drop, like my arteries everywhere had for the first time in many years dilated. A lot. It was like taking a strong drug. I felt calm, connected, very briefly hopeful. In seconds, I fantasized about holidays, watching movies with another, talking, being but not talking. Then like a wisp of incense smoke the illusion was gone. But at least I got to experience what I'd only read about--about how touch and human interaction change physiology, improve health and survival. Now I know that's true.

I'm back to where I use to be with this week being my last

Deeply sorry... Going/getting/falling back to where we used to be can in itself be exhausting. Can make you question why you even try. If you want an ear to listen I'm here.

I think it would be either when my ex and I got together or our first date.
It was about 5 years ago.

Probably LSD. I felt alive again and like I had a purpose. I had that sense of childlike wonder that I cherished, and had no idea how much I was missing. It was a brief hiatus from the reality I live in and permanently changed me for the better.

Being under general anesthesia. It was nothingness, like I didn't exist. I hope death is like that. I want to go back to that... for eternity.

My happiest memory. I block my memories so this is hard.

I don't think I have one. Nothing comes to mind. Hopefully it's yet to come.

A really ordinary memory is probably my happiest one. I was out with my mother on an errand when I was 4, and I was holding on to this stuffed animal (a little white puppy). It was raining really hard that day. I just remember staring out at the rain and hearing the comfort of my mom's voice. I lost my mom a couple of years ago and these seemingly "ordinary" snapshots of my life are really the only ones that stand out now.

I do not even know. I find memories to be painful. I would rather forget than remember. In my case I have never really wanted to be alive, so I do not exactly have good times in the past to think about.

Throwing fish to seagulls following our speeding fishing boat. I was visiting an acquaintance in Japan - fun af. Though paragliding runs a close second - 45 minutes airtime!

Happiness was 12 years old.....roller skating every Friday night to music of the 60's.....Gene Pitney, etc. and being asked to skate doubles and triples (holding hands) by boys and girlfriends I liked. Flashing colored lights and innocent romance !!

About 8 years, for a few months, with my child and their other parent. I believed for a short time life could be normal and good and full of love. I still know life can be those things...just not for me and not with anyone who understands.

Happiness exists. It is a thing.
