I doubt I'll have regrets I can do anything about. My biggest regrets are that I wasn't as good a relative or friend as those people had been to me but- they're dead now so- there's no atoning that.

I think in other respects though, I gave life a good enough shot and either explored the paths I wanted to or felt comfortable enough with my reasons not to.

I don't massively value regret though. We surely make the decisions we are capable of at the time. There's pretty much no point in looking back with hindsight and wishing we'd behaved differently. We didn't have our current knowledge, experience or confidence back then.

And, if I still actually wanted things in life, I'd be trying to get them. I feel more as if I don't have so many desires now. So- without desires for things, I can't regret not having them.

rip Gen Z, the world turns to shit and "once in a lifetime" events happen every other week. Also everyone thinks we are lazy, stupid, entitled, etc. for being dealt a bad hand lol

how many of you are gonna die with zero to very little regrets. im happy to say i will. thats probably my proudest achievement about it all. the fact that i know i tried to make shit work but life just wasnt will to play ball with me. i take comfort in that

Definitely the opposite for me. I acted in countless ways I can't live with. Ages 15-35 are one painful memory after another, failures, misdeeds, and the neverending blather. There's no thought left EXCEPT regret.
