Oh man, thanks for creating this thread. I have deep hatred for my parents because of the exact reasons you listed out

Purposely bring us into this pure dumpster of a "world", just so they can have a companion. But WE are the ones that are stuck to pay for the cost, yet they act like we owe them for this shit

Fucking bring us into a world, where for literally almost a 100 years straight, we will be thirsty every hour (during wake hours), be hungry every few hours, need to use bathroom every few hours, need to fulfill this need, that need, follow laws, listen to teachers, obey employers, rely on doctors, pay bills, pay taxes, avoid jail/ homeless, prevent dangers, fix problems, endure endless headaches.......... FUCKING DECADES of school / job slavery.... just for bread crumbs

And like you said, this is even before mentioning potential abuse, rape, murder, wars, viruses, evil people, crime,...... having to protect ourselves from ALL SORTS of fucking bullshit in MULTIPLE CATEGORIES

Also need to painfully witness THEM (parents) die and then we need to suffer from it, before later on also witnessing our own death. But under their own fucking selfish plans and rules, it is not part of THEIR agenda to be there for OUR death, because they only want us to die AFTER them, so we can take care of them beforehand, assist them at doctor appointments, hospital visits, manage their funeral, final wishes, etc........ and then we just completely deal with our OWN aging and death without their help, and just slowly witness our body decay and rot, to the point we die from sickness or disease. Otherwise, the other alternative is we put a bullet to our heads, jump off a bridge, or ingest poison

Great post. I agree with you on everything. A lot of people give birth to children so that these children will take care of them in old age - this is disgusting. And these children fall into this trap and feel obligated to their parents. They allow themselves to be exploited. I work as an escort and I earn good money and spend all the money only on myself. I had a friend and she was also my colleague, but she spent almost all her money on her family. She spent her life trying to earn money for her parents and relatives. I asked her why she was doing this because her parents did not pay for her education at Harvard so that she could get a good job - she sucks dcks - and the reason is because her parents were irresponsible and had a child without any money for that child's education. It's good that my selfishness and greed protect me from this kind of exploitation. I never helped my parents financially because they didn't care about my fate.

It really blows my mind how something as critical as bringing another human life into this world, is not more regulated. I understand its difficult to do so, but if you think about it, in order to be a lawyer, or doctor, you literally need to go through school/ training for almost 30 years (kindergarten to university), multiple test and exams to make sure you're actually capable, including extensive background checks, be strictly screened, in order to be granted a license. Then even after you're licensed, you still need to maintain doing everything correctly on a consistent basis, otherwise your license can be removed anytime, and there may be consequences.

Or even something more simple, whether its driving a car, operate a forklift, getting a firearm, be a teacher, police, or even as simple as FISHING. Many places require you to at least get some sort of license before you can go FISHING............ or to buy cigarettes, or beer, you need to show ID to prove you're adult (mature enough to make this decision)

But somehow bringing a whole human life into this society, requires ABSOLUTE ZERO screening or training. Therefore it is absolute no surprise why this world is a complete mess.

I truly support the idea of people needing to be at least licensed in some way, before having kids. Even something as simple as taking a parenting course for like a few weeks or a month, and obtain some sort of certificate or license, just to show they actually know what the fuck they're doing or getting themselves (and others) into, before breeding humans

Because when mistakes happen, it not only affects the child, but society in general, and cost other tax payers money. From things like the child commiting crimes, relying on special government support, acting irresponsibly in public, or releasing their anger and frustration on other innocent people, and the list goes on

In conclusion, if even going FISHING requires a license, all I'm asking is that if someone wants to breed humans (especially multiple humans), things like this should require some sort of license/ regulation, for the sake of preventing a life-long of mess, which most of the time also ends up affecting other innocent people in the process

That sounds absolutely insane. One thing is to control who gets to have kids and another one is to perform a procedure like that in a non consenting individual.

These kinds of threads are just rants of very young people who have had little or no real experience of love relationships. If you're in such a relationship, if you love and desire someone, you're just not going to be able to think about the possibility of pregnancy in such rigidly abstract terms. And that doesn't make you evil, any more than the inability to be in such a relationship makes you morally superior. Being human is just a very complicated, difficult, and danger business.

The very existence of the "family", marriage, and the nuclear family unit are backwards stains on the society. Frederich Engels wrote a whole book about how marriage and family are products of the industrial revolution and private property, and by no means are natural to humans.

They've been around for a bit longer than that - as long as civilization, in fact, which is an essentially unnatural project.

My mom is super accommodating, always did what I asked, still cooks for me, and I blame her for not doing an abortion... Over the phone, because she obeys my wish not to be seen for years.

I mean, it's somewhat dickish of me, but I'm only doing it because life has put us both in these shitty positions. Just as there is this really hot and high-IQ teacher in my uni who's the only one deserving any respect, yet I disrespect her because again, I haven't given my consent to be there in the first place. And what is she going to reply with? That life sucks, that our country is foolishly at war, that reality is absurd? I know it all already. And any self-aware person knows that, too. My parents hate each other and their kids. Abuse, neglect and abandonment. Cold, hostile people. My mom wanted to live with my brother but he said no way. Where was she when our dad was beating the shit out of us. She did nothing because she liked his money and quite frankly didn't give a shit. No love, no encouragement. Just disdain, physical and mental abuse that fucked up us for life. I have 2 broken hands that never healed correctly as souvenirs. I don't owe them a damn thing. The older I get the more disgusted I become when I think about how they treated 3 innocent boys who only wanted to be loved and cared about. That was just too much to ask. The irony is the sanctimonious assholes think they deserve the parent of the century award.
