Well first I thought I would want the ability to read people's minds but then I realized most people don't have minds. I think I'd rather have the superpower of absolute persuasion. It's similar to mine control per se but it's a little bit more subtle in that it requires me actually having to talk to people. Because I'm wondering if there is always just a series or combination of words and body language and cadence and tone of voice that you can use to utterly convince anybody of anything at any time like you could suddenly make Richard Dawkins into a raving Christian and you could suddenly make the pope into a card carrying atheist.
Otherwise maybe telekinesis or something. Warren Buffett and Bill Gates both said they would like to be the world's fastest reader as their superpower
