Xanax before or after SN?

I want to know what the preferred time would be to take Xanax when using the SN method. I've seen different comments suggesting before, some after.

Additionally, I've only got about 4mg total of Xanax. Is that even enough to do anything or be useful during this method?

pre meds should be before. i know there are mixed opinions on this but this per the PPH handbook. if you have zero tolerance 4mg is a lot at once, you wanna time it in theory close to the sn.

ideally yes rather risking being too out of it to complete protocol. you could take .25 or less a little before the rest to keep you calm.
