I already chosen SN, guns seem too violent gory and messy to me.
As for hanging, I tried it multiple times but I could never get pass the "exploding-head" stage sensation.

Definitely a gun, it's faster and less painful. Other methods are detailed because of not having access to guns, not thinking of guns, or simply wanting more options.

I know that there is more risk with the temple, yeah. I will give the megathread a look, though I always thought that aiming towards the back of your head and hitting your brain stem would be the most effective method.
