Help Would this medication cocktail work?

[not sure if the picture is allowed i'll remove it if i need too] Had better options but things unfortunately got switched up so this is my only option for now and i truly don't mind taking risky chances at the moment .



i don't know meds all too well so this is the best i could explain

92 tablets of 500mg extra strength acetaminophen
59 tablets of 75mg Bupropion
and a couple random advil i think one is AM and the other is regular
(i have more i can add i just didn't wanna do too much swallowing)

does anyone think this would stop my heart ? , coma ? , anything? I plan on taking all these tonight but wanted other opinion's first.

I kinda doubt it, probably just internal organ damage. Look at these links:

TBH, I think you'd have a lot of trouble just getting all this pills down before the body started expelling them on its own.

Please, please find another method, @ihugcactuses. This will be slow and agonising.

Overdoses of prescribed and over the counter meds will rarely work. You will likely vomit or just end up with organ damage.
