would a party size gas tank be better than none at all?

i saw an article where someone suicide'd with only a party size helium tank,
it was even pink with like flowers on it or whatever it was... looked very weak, but he killed himself with it.

so is a party size gas tank better than none at all?
i assume so.
if you get some kinda gas mask or more primitive; a plastic bag.

i have seen people kill themselves with just a plastic bag also.
actually a lot of cases.

I believe they caught on to people using those balloon tanks to suicide with so- I think they add enough oxygen now to foil attempts. Was it a recent case?

i think it was a relatively recent case, but it was in a third world country, so maybe different
