I have my SN. I've done a blood test and strip test. It seems to be legit based on those. I have scales to measure out my 20g. I have compazine for nausea. I don't really have a way of getting metoclopramide. I'm planning to take alprazolam and pain meds beforehand. I just keep worrying that I will fail this. I really can't fail. I'd rather not do it than fail. From what I can tell, calling for help is the main reason for failure. I've read through the forum. What are the chances I could fail?

I have three sources for antiemetics if you're interested, I don't know how effective compazine or alprazolam are as antiemetics. I don't think failure rates are known very well, but from what I gather, it's negligible assuming:
  • You have good antiemetics
  • You prepare several glasses in case you vomit, with the recommended dose
  • You don't call for help or get saved

I too am going to use SN when the time comes. This is the only thing I worry about; somehow subconsciously calling for help. I plan to leave my phone in my vehicle and lock the keys in my safe so it would be extremely unlikely I would be able to get to it once the SN is in ingested and effects reach a point that SI kicks in.

I guess I hadn't really considered subconsciously calling for help. Are there stories of people doing this after SN? I thought people probably regretted the decision after and called or were found too soon.

here you go my friend, it's a link to a thread here with a downloadable pdf with info on SN cases. It lists info by country, if the person died or not, if they received medical intervention, ect.
