Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So many bitter mfs work retail and they're usually managers. They'll try to blame their attitude on their bosses getting on to them but I'm pretty sure they've always been pretty miserable. I've worked two retail jobs and I never really hated a job itself I've just hated management and the company attitude. Stuff like that does not have to be so hard but people make things so much harder than it has to be because f*** you I'm angry 😡

I worked retail as a custom service manager and regular employee and it's hell. I got shit from customers, I got shit from my boss, I got shit from his boss, I got shit from corporate. My employees loved me but the pay was atrocious and it was killing me quickly. It can drain the life from you and you can definitely become very bitter very quickly. From top down it's not generally a healthy environment to be in, from my experience at least.

It says soooo much when management is out and staff is in a much better mood AND the work still gets done like normal.
