• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Drinking a Monster in the morning and just working out makes me feel so happy, listening to music with earbuds, the muscle burn, even the soreness. Everything about it is awesome, i like to meal prep, count my calories.

Makes me wanna keep on living to see the results of my efforts, but sometimes, the road to the goal is fine enough to enjoy

I do the same but my muscles are weak it hurts. I got a cardio at home bike. I put it to the max resistant and play on it for 30-40 minutes. At the end I cant walk up the stairs without feeling like Im gonna drop.

I never go to the gym but do different kind of sports and this also helps me immensely by being immersed in the activity. I feel refreshed afterwards mentally it makes me forget all the struggles and problems. Also not doing it alone helps because you engage with others.

I used to love going for extremely long walks in the forest or boxing. So I understand how the gym can keep you upbeat at times.
Thanks for the positive post and I'm happy that at least you have some small joys in life that make you happy !
