I just wanted to vent. I will make an extremely long story short and summarize, I just needed to get this out somewhere.
Today at work was a shit show. I came in early, prepped, and made food. Later, I made a sandwich wrong because the new guy didn't mark it as a wheat sandwich at the register. My GM got mad, even though I followed the receipt. We both got sent home early, which messed up my already low hours, and I missed out on tips. Plus, I forgot to clock in, so that needs fixing too. Because of all this, I'm genuinely thinking about applying elsewhere, not 100% sure yet, but somewhere better that can work with my school schedule.
I don't know entirely if I'm leaving this place but if I do, I won't make the same mistakes I've made in the past, where I just leave without a backup job lined up.
