I work in a cafe, we have a con happening across the street and today was the last day, so it was busy.
The manager is a fucking mess, disorganized and tornadoes through the bar so goddamn bad no one wants to fucking touch the space after he's been there.
On one side there's the oven, pastries, and register & on the other side is the bar.
I was on bar and he was on register and I ask him to warm a pastry and he says "No I cannot, but YOU can." This shit isn't even on my side of the work space and I've got multiple orders in que, but fucking sure man, while you make a massive mess I'll have to clean once you disappear I can warm food too while you just chat with customers, sick
Hate this job. We've got a team of 2 baristas and the shit manager for a whole functioning cafe too, never worked somewhere so damn understaffed and the 3rd barista quit a week ago and they're not replacing her
I was told he'd be transferring because of all the complaints there's been about him, he's still here months later-
