  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I'm not, but I did a little research on it. When it gets bad a corneal transplant can be done, and there is no waiting list for a corneal transplant in ths u.s. - have you considered this option?

Unfortunately im not living in the us , also a corneal transplant has a high rate of failing, but i was wondering if there's people in here living with it because it definitely makes your life so hard , thank you for your reply tho I appreciate it 🙏🏼

A quick search showed a 35% failure rate withini three years, but this rate I think depends on underlying conditions. My dad had a successful corneal transplant he had no problems with, due to glaucoma, I am pretty sure.

Hi boldarnold, I don't have keratoconus, but I have complex health issues and on top of other things I have started suffering from keratoconjunctivitis sicca, as a result of immune system dysfunction. Sometimes it's barely noticeable and other days it's horrible. Anything that affects the eyes is. There's a megathread for us folks with health troubles https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...and-physical-diseases-megathread.73629/page-4 I'm sorry you're having to go through this
