Word. You can get this done in a place like Mexico or Columbia but not so much in the states.

It wouldn't make sense -- why would someone risk a murder charge for however much you could pay them? And also, why would you trust someone who agreed to kill you that they wouldn't do something even worse than killing you as part of the deal?
