Method Will this work? chloroquine method from the PPH

Under the Lethal Cardiac Drugs in the PPH, I found a method that felt doable as I was able to buy 40 Avloclor pills. I have about 20mg (2m x 10 of lorazepam,) the only thing I need additionally is an antiemetic which I'm hoping I'll be able to get prescribed soon as I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

Do I have everything I need? I get lorazepam weekly so could get more if needed but the Avloclor was harder as it has a maximum checkout of 2 boxes.

I want to get this right.

The PPeH suggests 40x250mg and 3x30mg Oxazepam idk about Lorazepam.
