Will go on a trip to South America to check N availability

I've been researching for a few days now everywhere on the internet and this forum, most accounts are at least a year old, some are disheartening and some make me hopeful. Unfortunately my mental health is catastrophic despite having many friends, a job etc, I enjoy nothing in life and suffer immensely from it.
I'm planning to go on a trip to countries listed in the PPH, right now I am planning:

--Peru--
Arequipa
Ica

--Bolivia--
Santa Cruz
La paz

Cuzco or Lima seem like they won't be worth it as people have been turned away before.

I do speak Spanish, but not too well, so I will be a noticeable foreigner. Also I'm a rather short, frail girl, so I am a little bit worried about my safety in these countries, though I never went and don't know exactly how dangerous it is.

I understand that the chances of getting N are rather low, but still I need to try it, I don't really have other hopes at the moment.

I'll use this post to provide updates, will probably travel in June of this year. If I cancel I'll update.


If any of you have advice, testimonies, or are locals, I'm interested in anything

Je parle espagnol, mais pas très bien, donc je serai certainement une étrangère. De plus, je suis plutôt petite et fragile, ce qui m'inquiète un peu pour ma sécurité dans ces pays, même si je n'y suis jamais allée et que je ne sais pas exactement à quel point c'est dangereux.

Je comprends que les chances d'obtenir N sont plutôt faibles, mais je dois quand même essayer, je n'ai pas vraiment d'autres espoirs pour le moment.

J'utiliserai ce fil de discussion pour vous tenir au courant. Je prévois de voyager en juin prochain. En cas d'annulation, je vous informerai.

You have a certain rationale to plan your trip, however, you will inadvertently end up ticking boxes that will put you in very dangerous situations, and very bad things can happen to you. It's not a safe idea. Things can take a number of bad turns for you, I would reconsider that plan if I was you.

It's like wanting to go to a warzone hoping to find a gun to use it as a suicide means.

I know that South America is dangerous, but do you have specific examples of the danger I'm exposing myself to? I'm not planning on messing with criminals or whatever. I just want to fly to Lima, take the bus to a few different cities, and ask the agrovets for N, no bribe or anything. I'll dress like shit obviously as I dont want people to look at me cuz I'm a girl. BUT I never went, and my spanish is a little sloppy. But I would like to know the specifics.

Dressing poorly is not enough, if you're conventionally attractive. Kidnapping/rape and being forced into sex trafficking is too much of a risk. Would recommend traveling with at least one other person if you're not like a 3/10 or lower. If you're ugly as fuck (truly ugly and not "I think I'm ugly uwu"), you're more likely to be left alone.

A friend of mine went to Brazil on a work trip and the company had an actual bodyguard assigned to him to and from the hotel whenever he went outside. Some foreigners do get kidnapped, apparently, according to them, and then they try to ransom them off back to the company. It's a PR nightmare for them.

Also, when he was going in the company car, the car actually stopped around 30 feet before the traffic signal at the intersection because that intersection was notorious for getting held up by criminals.

Also, there were chalk outlines everywhere.

Following this post. Really hope this works out for you. I wanted to do this also, but Im also a solo woman with very limited Spanish. Also, even if it is found and purchased, there is the issue of transporting it back to ones home country unless you were okay dying in SA on a timeline. Shipping it back is risky, but transporting it with you presents risk for serious charges in foreign countries. I'd do it and risk it if I thought it was at all possible.

People who live in South America do you know if it can be found, where, how much, how hard is it to get? Older advocates of Philip Nitschke say they were able to go to Mexico and buy it for as little as 7 dollars and have it for when they need it. I've seen it said you can tell a vet in Mexico you need it for your dog and buy it, but wouldn't you need to give it to a pet by IV? I know an author wrote to Nitschke and she was able to have it sent to her. Then they made it hard to get and expensive. It's frustrating hearing all these people were told by Exit and Nitschke to buy it when it was cheap and easy so they wouldn't have to suffer. I wish I had known. Where are all the granny's and gramps stocked up on N? I bet they have plenty to share. Why did I have to start suffering after Jack Kevorkian? It used to be cheap and easy to end suffering. Now you can't buy or help, you can't get MAiD without a long expensive approval if you're able to do it when you have to be so close to death.They make it so hard to end suffering. You have to have money and be able to prove you are about to die. This is disgusting. What happened to compassion and mercy? The world was so much better not that long ago. Now food, meds, so much makes you sick, it's all about money. I'm old enough to see the horrible changes in the world but I was to young to know when to prepare. Anyone have relatives that had the meds or N or a doctor to call that did?

Because I have read and heard how easy it was to get and painless and quick. Final Exit warned all their members to stock up before it was to late. How sick to take it away from people and make them suffer, put them in debt or wasting away in a home. You work to prepare for old age and lose everything when you're sick from the medication you can't afford or the polluted environment.
