I got the partial hanging down to a science. Got the location ready, just need to overcome SI. But my sister who molested me also fucked up my housing situation so any strength i had left to live for my brother is long gone.

I can't wait to enter eternal sleep, and was wondering if me getting evicted and facing homelessness is good enough motivation to power through.

I think it is, but i want to know your thoughts.

Are you planning to voluntarily get evicted and face homelessness to achieve this?Or is it something that you think is going to happen anyway?

Also, what's wrong with your sister?

Yes, it will help in overcoming SI. But SI is different for different people. If you have a very high SI I'm not sure if it would be enough.

I think about this story quite often,Imagine how desperate they must have been to have gone through with this so casually. And they were successful too, both mother and son. Pretty crazy. They did it because of their homing situation,

Benzos would probably help curb SI more than anything

Yes it will! My story is that I ended up on the street and was in the process of fasting to drink SN, but I managed to find a place to live for a short time. Soon I will be homeless again and nothing motivates me to die more than living on the street.

I don't know if it's enough motivation for you but it definitely will be for me. I'm more than likely not going to be able to avoid it. I'd never be able to get myself out of it. The day it happens I'm out. If I decide to keep going after my mom dies.

Going to be homeless again very soon. Last time I was for 4.5 months. Hungry, bug bites, uncomfortable concrete, violence, cops, hot, nowhere to store your belongings, rain ect it sucked bad.

I lived in my car with four cats for a month last year when I was facing eviction. No suicidal ideation at all. Once I got houses again and started to feel safe? Wanted to die like nobody's business.

Everyone's SI will be different and for some, it may be enough but for others, it might still not be sufficient. I think it depends on your circumstances. I do remember there are times where my SI is rather weak and the feeling of "I'm ready to CTB more than ever" is strong and that was back in 2019. However, since things improved for me in 2019 (before it turned to shit again), I'm perpetually in a state of wanting to die but cannot until the circumstances and times are just right. In the end, I believe only you (the individual) will know for sure and I think once you reach a state of pure desolation and despair, SI may just melt away, which will be different for everyone.

I spent months sofa surfing. At one point I was sleeping outside in sleeping bag in central London. Honestly if it wasn't for friends getting me through and finding work at the right time I would have frozen to death. I had stuck people trying to approach me most nights. I hated not being able to escape the rain the cold.

I wonder the same. Me and my family (partner and friend) are so poor an reliant on the pittance the gov gives us to survive. So we are constantly teetering on the edge of being homeless. And tbh, I think it would be enough for me.

I think it will definitely make you feel more hopeless and make you care less. I was evicted about 2 months ago now and I'd say it definitely helped a bit but now there's diffirent circumstances to deal with, definitely made me consider making new solid plans
