Unlikely, but you may deeply regret taking it.

No.

As someone who's tried this method, you'll absolutely regret it. It's agonizing.

It depends. The acetaminophen intoxicación is very dangerous. If you don't receive treatment early the only way to do is a liver transplant. I don't recommend you as CTB method.

Saw many people being in agony by acute liver disease and is not a nice way to die.

Surely that amount of acetaminophen will cause acute liver disease.

If you define acute liver disease as acute liver failure, then the statement is likely untrue.

It won't kill you immediately but you'll eventually succumb to liver failure. What's worse, there's no opportunity for a transplant as a suicide attempt automatically disqualifies you for one.

I would strongly recommend not doing this. Just like opiates have Narcan as a reversal, N-acetylcysteine is the reversal for tylenol. Even with the antidote, the repercussions to your body is not worth it.

You will vomit and poo blood. Pain will be too much to handle. Don't do it.

Even if it did kill you, from what I've heard it's very slow and excruciating.

I highly recommend finding another method if you're intent on ctb. This route will lead you to an excruciating and painful death, which you surely don't deserve

I don't think you'll even reach a point many are suggesting here with that amount. Many have said you would get liver damage but you wouldn't even get that with that amount. I have taken 16,000mg and upon being taken to hospital, I didn't even need treatment of any kind. My blood level wasn't even high enough for the antidote (aka, there is no chance of liver damage, so no need for antidote). When I took 25,000mg I only just needed the antidote, with only a slight chance of liver damage had I not had the antidote. If you were to take enough that it caused irreversible liver damage, it would be a long, slow and painful death. If you didn't die, you might live with effects of liver damage. Not fun. It's the worst thing to use really

As a chemist I strongly recommend that you not take high doses of any OTC to catch the bus. Those medicines certainly do have side effects and the side effects can be damaging and in come cases fatal but they are OTC and largely self regulated so by design that have limited side effects and are not lethal.

Best case scenario you get sick and nauseous and have activated charcoal pumped in. Worst case you have some damage to organs including your liver. Least likely case you catch the bus.

Do not choose this manner! Anyone who is reading this, do not take high doses of OTC or household chemicals with the intention of catching the bus!!

Poisoning from acetaminophen would be unfathomably painful and you would die from liver failure, it would be an awful way to go and isn't certain by any means. What makes it worse if that if you survive the attempt you would end up with severe liver problems your whole life and often acetaminophen pills contain chemicals to make you vomit if you ingest too much, like OTC medication with DXM making survival not exactly far fetched.
