Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

After a long decade and a half of being together, she tells me this. I'm probably too old to start over, and with all our issues I feel too hopeless to fix things. I think it definitely points to the fact that I'm on the right track with SN, I just don't know how to not chicken out.

That's awful. The fact that she got with you and was married for you for so long, not because she truly loved you, but just because of your money is awful. You deserve better than her.

Wow! Why do the people who "love" us feel so fucking entitled?? I am so sorry she felt it "necessary" to tell you that.
My husband of 20+ years recently told me I was a complete failure and that I only have the things I have in life because I was willing to spread my legs and fuck every man who even looked my way. (Mind you I owned my own home when he and I were introduced to each other. A home I got by a saving up for the down payment, applying for a loan, qualifying and making payments all by myself. No, I did not get my home by marrying and divorcing the man before him.) Yeah, love you, too, sweetie. And then he wonders why I am "distant". I wonder .....

I'm sure he thinks I deserve it. But if I'd known how he felt about me a couple of months ago I certainly would not have wasted my days and nights at his side while he was in the ICU. Oh well, I won't make that mistake again. Hope he has someone around here he can count on to bring him things, get up in the middle of the night and come back up to comfort him during an emergency procedure, or spend their days just sitting, waiting on him to wake up so they can tell him it's gonna be okay. I'm kinda embarrassed that I was such a fool. And if I happen to outlive the bastard, I WILL not let myself get tied down again. Ever.
