I think it's fucking insane that I'm not dead yet why do I keep fight I was handed one of the worst hands you can be dealt in life I have autism,adhd? bipolar ,insomnia, bpd, generalize anxiety disorder,cptsd,DID, and I'm trans the doctors just keep finding shit worng with me and I'm so sick of it I just want to be happy but that doesn't even feel possible most day ctb feels like the only way out but I hate myself so much that I don't feel like I'd deserve to die why do I make myself suffer

It's so cruel how people have to suffer so unnecessarily in this existence, it must be really dreadful and tiring what you are going through.
