Why not seek Fentanyl over N?

Why? N seems very difficult to obtain (2/5 in the PPH). I suppose Fentanyl is easier (3/5 in the PPH). N reliability is rated 10/10 in the PPH, Fentanyl 8/10. Therefore, there is a small possibility of failure with Fentanyl (still less than with the popular SN, which is rated 7/10).
Since there is a little chance of failure with Fentanyl, I would be interested in knowing if there is any chance of sequelae if the attempt (God forbid) is a miss.
