Method Why not Inject SN?

I remember vaguely why you can't but I just wanted to ask again if I'm not wrong on that as I forgot where I got the information from to begin with

I think the main worry is localized sepsis and it being generally less effective than just drinking it
And it being hard to inject
N horribly painful

I've read somewhere that if you try to inject SN, it will destroy the vein in which it is administered. I don't know if this is true, but I wouldn't attempt it.
