Why no talk about Valerian drops?

I have used them in the past for anxiety for studying and tests and I am surprised no-one has talked about them for use in their protocol of SN. Is there something I am missing? You can find them on Amazon or at your local Pharmacies where you can get it over the counter and they really do work. Have there been mentions of it before on this forum and said that they shouldn't be used or what? I am really conflicted right now - they do work and greatly at that but does it fuck up with SN somehow? If not then this is the easiest and fastest way to get something for anxiety.

I have no experience with Valerian Root but supposedly it's not as strong as Benzodiazepines, which is probably why people opt for benzos when available.

Valerian root for SN protocol?

I was reading up on the properties of valerian root. Supposedly its effects are comparable to Xanax and Valium, going so far as to register as a benzodiazepine on drug tests. Benzos aren't readily available to me, but valerian is abundant and cheap in my region. Could one theoretically use...

Yea, I guess. Never took drugs like vi or xan so I dont know whats that feeling, but these drops if you take x2 times the dose of use for putting you to sleep your gonna get drowsy quite a bit after some time. I used the recommended dose to use for sleep and my anxious ass got put to sleep (couldnt sleep before hand because I had a test). I guess its better than nothing if you arent going to go though the trouble of getting benzos.
