That isn't entirely true. i was sectioned after an attempt to ctb early last year. i had mental capacity. i wasn't a risk to others, etc.

So sorry for what you've been through, it sounds like an awful lot.
It is true that lots of people who are risks to themselves and others aren't sectioned though. I was only sectioned after multiple attempts and SH episodes requiring hospital treatments .
There's a lot of other factors really. Like your report mentions your family not feeling able to keep you safe at home. That's something that affects the decision. Or diagnosis too, like people labelled with personality disorders (regardless if they actually have it or not) are much less likely to be admitted.

Therapy would help in a regular basis and also with medication most of those would disappear I think talk to a pro

Have you discussed your beliefs with anyone?

Have you asked yourself the following:?Who is supplying your parents with microchips? How do they prevent you sleeping? Who taught your parents how to implant them in you? Why would your parents agree to do so?



Who is in control?
Are they really in "control" when they clearly can't even give you a clear date and method?

Have U got maybe narcisstic parents ? That u have Just a psychosis from controlling of you ? I got some experience with disgused Family members who are narcissts, they can Break Ur mind without using Something Like "Chips" on another mental level.

There was a time before that when my mother was begging for me to be sectioned and even attempted to get a second opinion on my psychiatric evaluation since they said i had mental capacity and i've clearly been living with suicidal ideation for a number of years so it was rational for me.

i personally don't understand why they listened to a younger family member who lives nowhere near me last year but their excuse was "they have a duty of care."
they even admitted keeping me in there wasn't the best thing under the circumstances but since they had a duty of care if they released me and i were to self destruct they'd be held accountable for not preventing me from doing so.

I'm sorry you've had that experience.
My parents aren't controlling me. They're overbearing at times but they care and are supportive not narcissists. I'm lucky to have them tbh . They're the only ones who could have chipped me but it will have been because they were being controlled too and made to believe i was in danger if they didn't. It's someone/something else controlling

It's crazy how much their decisions vary depending on the professional assessing and I guess their bias. Russian roulette whether you'll be sent home with a leaflet or to a ward…

Do you have any antipsycothics ?? like Seroquel ? (in my country u don;t need recipe for it) if you took it for 3-4 days you would be 100% sure that it's not medical condition and you would be less confused .

That was a shed-load of stuff you took there. So sorry you had to go through that.. Tbf though, you were presenting as high risk for many reasons, which is why you got sectioned I presume. But plenty of people attempt but aren't sectioned. Did you read the book "You don't have to be Mad to Work Here" by Benji Waterhouse who worked as a psychiatrist in A and E? Eye-opening.

Seroquel doesn't work in only a few days. It takes Seroquel at least a few weeks to start affecting symptoms & 2 to 3 months to hit peak effectiveness for psychosis. I'm on low dose Seroquel for sleep, and it took 3 weeks for it to build up in my system just for that

I don't have any and only on prescription here. And GPs usually have to get advice from psychiatrist to prescribe it.

I read the "forms" you posted. They are entirely contrary to what you've been posting in this forum. The form shows you denied any thoughts to harm yourself, OR OTHERS, which is completely contrary to what you've said in your postings. So, even though you have claimed otherwise in your postings here, it seems you haven't been honest with your assessors. I'm not judging you. Just stating what I see as facts. Seems the only way you could have gotten released is by disavowing your thoughts to harm others, or yourself. But, now, it seems you are having those same thoughts again.

I beg of you, under ANY circumstances that may arise, PLEASE DO NOT harm ANYONE in ANY WAY, now, or in the future.

TBF, I'm in the UK under the NHS and know it is quite possible that if there is no immediate threat to themself or others there would be no consequences. The mental health part of the NHS is hugely underfunded and there are very few inpatient beds, so even if you attempt ctb you are very unlikely to be sectioned. Delusions can be caused by anxiety disorders and in my experience the NHS services would treat the underlying cause rather than delusions themselves. Which would mean addressing emotional dysregulation. I've talked to crisis team about delusions and they can be a trauma response too. They don't always mean psychosis.

And the assessment forms they posted are older from when they were sectioned. It's hard for me, VERY HARD, to believe that they were completely honest with their assessor recently, as it seems if they would have mentioned having thoughts about harming others, AGAIN, just as they have posted here, that they would have been sectioned again.

That's @RemainingDubious 's notes . So ofc it's contrary given we're 2 different people. For starters it says Mr and Him . I'm a woman

Assessment is on Friday so any tips for getting them off my back are greatly appreciated . I think I'm going to tell them that things are slowly getting better, will say voices are gone and starting to question my beliefs. Hopefully that sounds believable and then they will discharge me after assessment.

I was just reading about someone who died after drinking too much water. I recommend that book. Entertaining but also scary how it is behind the scenes.

As i explained multiple times since , I was honest . I did tell them about the voices, chips, harm to myself and others etc.

Nothing I can do . Specialists have confirmed it is not psychosis . Got the letter through today confirming discharge which said "we feel your symptoms are not in keeping with psychosis and that you would benefit from referral back to primary care mental health practitioner to do work around emotional regulation". I agree it's not psychosis and I'm happy with that. I'm not happy with them blaming my ability to regulate emotions given the issue is mind control not my emotions. They also said in letter " we talked about positives and your future planning" when I literally told them I can't make any future plans as against the rules and that I have to end my life. But anyway no point in arguing with them as their job was to rule out psychosis ,which they did, and that's fine. The rest doesn't really matter . Just have to see what PCMHP says . If she gets in touch in time . They said they were referring me back but letter just says I'd benefit from referral so not even sure they're doing it . If they haven't , I can't be bothered chasing it up anyway as don't see what she can do. She thought it was psychosis and they've said she's wrong so clearly she doesn't understand my situation or know how to help.

Those doctors did more harm to you because now you really think these things are real since the doctors didn't say it was psychosis. I know you won't believe me nor anyone else when we say that it is psychosis, I wouldn't believe anyone when weird things were happening to me. I just couldn't conceive the idea that I was wrong because everything was so clear to me, it was everyone else that was wrong.

Instead, I would like to propose that you question these beings in control. If they are all powerful, could they make something appear out of thin air in front of you and a friend? Or maybe they could do something else that a friend could confirm they saw happening.

Think about it, if they have a goal for you, they want you to be confident and capable of fulfilling that goal but currently you are having doubts. If they could prove themselves in front of a friend, you'd have no more doubts and you could complete your goal. They are all powerful right? So let's let them prove it in front of you and someone else.

Thank you for believing me. I think people assume it's like the movies where as soon as there's any risk you're sent straight to hospital. When in reality, many people in crisis are left with 0 support.
What you've been through sounds terrifying, I'm so sorry, I really hope you don't experience it again.

I can't ask them to do things, I don't have that control over them so not sure how they'd prove themselves. I have already cut all contact with my friends anyway for their own safety and can't risk involving family . So I don't want to prove anything in front of them.
