I'm not part of that world anymore but I find that hard to believe even if it's true that it's easier today than it was in the past. I blame the hypersexualized consumerist culture and even more the parents of incels (whether male or female). It's much more of a problem today for males and I would look at an incel's father with serious prejudice. People shouldn't breed if they can't prepare their offspring for the society they'll be placing them into. People shouldn't encourage coupling that leads to offspring without taking that obvious reality into consideration.
