I blame the people in authority completely. I was just reading a thread about people who kill themselves in volcanoes.944 people killed themselves by suicide in Mount Mihara in a single year.
This is a volcano that they jumped off of. 350 people over the next two years. Now the government of Japan has made even buying a one way ticket to Mount Mihara illegal. Not to mention barricaded the place.
