Never held a gun nor allowed here. And even if I had I first would need a gun teacher. A pact would be better, you first shoot me and then yourself. I guess shooting another person (to death) is easier than shooting yourself (correct me if I'm wrong). I like the long shotgun with the stock on the floor in the mouth as well (seen in movies)... just a matter of pulling the trigger and it's done. What can go wrong? Hardly anything I suppose.

You know, it would definitely be ideal to use a gun. If I had one already, I'd have already peaced out. Thing is, I know nothing about guns and the process to get one. The whole process seems very intimidating. Maybe I should l look into it.

Because I am starting to consider using carbon monoxide poisoning in a tent just to peacefully drift off to sleep and die, but I am not sure I have enough money for the things so I might just shoot myself in the head (right temple) with my Glock 17 9mm.

Black powder guns would be the only available choice for me. I like old school, but when it comes to kill yourself with it, it might not be your best choice.

My dad used to own air rifles, then Australia brought in laws that you needed a gun license to own even them.
I may be 26 but am unable to get a gun license. Not only can I not afford one, part of the process in Australia involves a psych evaluation. I definitely would not pass that

Sorry for late reply... just couldn't pull the trigger the first time. The second time I reached out to people I know from here and ended up stopping my plan. Survival instinct is strong with a gun. I thought it would be so easy. It isn't. At least for me.

I'm the typical female lol! I saw what the aftermath looks like and too gruesome. If I had one handy, fuck I probably still couldn't do it lol! Maybe I would in a moment of desperation when I have a bad bout of extreme suicidal ideation. I think guns are necessary and I wouldn't mind owning a few for self protection if I planned to live for many more years.

I probably won't use a gun, but I plan to buy a 12g Shockwave (short barrel shotgun) and load it up with 00 Buckshot just in case I wanna go that route.
And honestly? I am worried about fucking up, but I could just stand with a noose around my neck before I pull the trigger. That'll increase my chances of success to... Well, probably 99% or more

For me I don't want to instantly be annihilated. I like the idea of falling asleep peacefully. Also a gun seems like it would trigger my survival instinct more than drinking N would.

I can if I wait till next fall to get a handgun license and whatever permits. But I admit I'm don't know enough about all the red tape I may have to go through. It just seems complicated like I have the money but I don't have the know-how or am just dumb. Where I live asking about it seems taboo as if everyone's already supposed to know this shit.
