I was looking forward all week to going to a cafe where my (male) friend was working at because we were going to smoke and I was excited. I love smoking. The guy's like my nephew to me.

Anyway, I tell my mother casually to inform her, and she starts asking questions, which is fine. The moment I tell her my friend is male, she starts asking absurd questions like where I met him, why am I going alone. If it was for safety, I'd get it, but she was obviously teasing me and had the wrong idea. She thinks I'm dating him, and it was so violating and humiliating. She started saying things like, "If you go alone, he'll think you like him. Actually, even if you don't go alone, he'll still think you like him." I got so angry, and the moment I went in my room, I couldn't help but sob. I'm so disgusted and humiliated. I can't deal with this.

I'm unlabeled and like any/all genders, but it was so violating to be presumed as dating my friend or just dating in general. I hate when people have that idea of me. I'm so frustrated and embarrassed and humiliated. Just because I'm a girl means I can't have guy friends?

You certainly can, but I also think you're overreacting. If you were to date someone, that too would be perfectly normal.

I don't know if your mother enjoys your reaction, or if she's sincerely warning you about inadvertently signaling romantic interest.
Ask her, and if she's just messing with you, tell her to stop.
