But upon googling there is websites that sell Metoclopramide without a script.

I'm just wondering why everyone makes it a big thing where you have to lie to doctor to get it when it seems so easy to buy it online.

I haven't tried buying from them so I don't even know how it would go or if they will ask for a script or not at checkout

I'm at an absolute loss for finding it without Rx in Canada. I could get it if I were American, but it honestly seems harder here.

Because it isn't an illegal or restricted drug. I think a lot of people automatically assume they won't be able to find it.
