Venting why do we call it radical acceptance

if Acceptance is the only choice we have to take in order to keep living in a horrible inescapable situation, then it's not radical to accept. it should be called forced acceptance. we just call it "radical acceptance" to make ourselves sound powerful and cool and "indomitable human spirit" and all that junk.

like. is it even possible to Deny the situation?? there's no way to Deny my stupid fking existence in my stupid fking body except if I were to go into an induced coma, there's literally no drug that can take away any of these weird and awful symptoms. and I don't believe it's possible to neither accept or deny, either.

so the two available options are 1. acceptance or 2. death. and the second is much much more radical than the first.

this acceptance stuff sounds like pure cope to me, like this vague feel-good gibberish which runs on oneliners and pop psychology, there is nothing substantial behind it, they might as well accept your decision to ctb

We need to radically fire them all and talk about real solutions.

I think we should let people have euthanasia, or actually help them.

Forcing bullshit on them while they don't have what they need to survive is just sick.
