think that acknowledging suicide as an actual option is some insane revelation that is beyond human comprehension and now that I have heard it coming from their mouths I will suddenly feel better?

They act like a certain quota has been met, the right words were spoken and I'm cured, I want to LAUGH just thinking about it, just seeing them excitedly declare that suicide is our choice and our choice alone, like they just discovered fire, like they just discovered how to solve THE PROBLEM, their giddy happy disgusting faces when they say it or type it, I know them, I can feel them.

What pathetic and performative people they are. You think you acknowledging that it's my choice, changes things? that it makes things better? you think that saying that I'm on my own ship and it's my choice whether to continue sailing or abandon ship is some sort of high revelation? Well, think the fuck again, that's what I needed to hear 15 years ago when I was a child.

What I need now, is justice, not performative acknowledgement from humans that have no idea about what they're talking about, especially the ones that I know, THEY HAVE NO RIGHT, NO FUCKING RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT FUCKING LAW OR CONVENTION, no right, NOT in their current configuration, NOT with their current beliefs, I LOATHE THEM, I LOATHE THEM, for them to be able to say that suicide is a choice, for SUCH AN APE TO BE ABLE TO MUTTER THESE WORDS IN FRONT OF ME? HOW DARE THEY.

It's all just empty words from people and lies and gaslighting you into continuing living a miserable existence
No one ever does anything to actually help you be less suicidal or actually prevent it or fucking help you
Then they are shocked when you actually do it

well said, well said. i could go on and on about how fucked this society is and humanity as a whole, but i'm in too much physical pain to even get my mind thinking about how FUCKED UP people are at its very core

people are completely ignorant to others until it affects them
then they try to gaslight your feelings out of you and make you feel like even less of a person
its absurd that they question your right to live or die and want to take that right away from you

I've had the same reaction from the very few people I told about my suicidal ideation. What gets on my nerves is that they always say it in such a patronizing way, at least in my case. As you said before, it doesn't magically fix things, or make us feel better.
