My mood changes extremely fast. I'll be in distress at one moment, and might be able to ctb, and the next, I'm numb or calm, and I don't feel any need to ctb. Survival instinct has prevented me once, so that lowers the chances really. I only really want to ctb when I'm in distress or feeling intense emotions, otherwise, I can probably get through life not being happy or sad, just existing.

8) I am just trying to enjoy the last of the school holidays planning on ctb in the next week. However before now mostly 3) and 6), because I wasn't able to get my method right when practising. Which lead to increased SI and more worry about having a failed attempt, many of which I did have.

I guess 1,2,4. I know I want to ctb but I need to cut contact with my friends/family first, and there are a few experiences I still want to have. Practically speaking I need to buy SN/N first too.

Mon humeur change extrêmement vite. Je peux être en détresse à un instant T et avoir envie de me suicider, et l'instant d'après, être insensible ou calme, et ne ressentir aucun besoin de me suicider. L'instinct de survie m'en a empêché une fois, ce qui réduit considérablement les chances. Je n'ai vraiment envie de me suicider que lorsque je suis en détresse ou que je ressens des émotions intenses ; sinon, je peux probablement traverser la vie sans être ni heureuse ni triste, simplement en existant.

Why are you still alive?

1) No peaceful and painless enough method to go through with it
2) Guilt towards loved ones/family and no desire to abandon them
3) Survival instinct blocking the process even if the method is ready
4) My situation isn't so bad, I'm waiting to see, I want to enjoy certain things
5) Fear of the unknown and of death if I die 6) Fear of failing and ending up severely disabled
7) already been there ans it leaves me with a horrible memory

This is in no way an incitement to suicide!!! I'm just asking

1) my method is 12G shotgun in my mouth. I haven't gathered the courage to buy the shotgun yet. I'm literally deathly afraid of guns. I've never fired a firearm in my life. I live in a very gun friendly state in the USA so obtaining the shottie won't be an issue. I'm scared that I won't CTB when going ahead with the act and be left with 1/2 of my head or face.
