I know how bad it feels to not currently be in anyone's top ten which is why I try to appreciate everyone equally, everyone is equally important to me. It's easier said than done though and in my heart there's probably one space above the rest. We share some similar conditions. You're me but younger. So I also know how difficult it is, how we misread other people and get misread all the time. All these things that mean we struggle in a social world even though we're social animals.

I want to also mention @FTL.Wanderer who was my friend that I admired so much. He probably passed away as I have received no news from him since 2 weeks. What a wonderful person though. He helped me get out of CTB once because I wanted to do it because of stupid reasons. Then he guided me and told me about an alternative to university that I'm really considering. His kindness was immeasurable. You could feel it through his words. He was really angelic. My blood boils over the injustice that was done against him. We were bonding over our similar views regarding society and humanity. We were both antinatalists. We were both shunned away from everywhere. He said at one point that no one would miss him if he did it. But here I am, tearing up every day over his dissappearance. But I hope that he has peace now at least. I wish I could've talk with him more. A rare kind of empath and compassionate person. The world didn't deserve him.

As another friend put it this way: ''people like that are like oases of goodness in a desert of misfortune''.

I am new here and glad I found it. I have struggled with suicide for so long that it's nice to have a place to find some other people like me who are there because they need human contact - of some form or other.

Now I am not alone.

Most everyone has been nice to me so far.

My favorite conversation so far has been with a nice encouraging person who sends me sincere messages who made me stop feeling "severe" : 4eyebiped
So far he has emailed me nice messages and encouraged me and listened to my broken record about fascism. And a need for a job. And depression. And every time, he replies and makes sure that I am still alive :)

This is exactly what I was worried about with this thread- that a lot of people's feelings would be hurt- people who already struggling. I've been disappointed too that no one mentioned me even though a lot of people have liked my posts- I'm sure there are many other members with hurt feelings about this thread.

You guys and girls make my time on this forum enjoyable and bring (a tiny bit) of much needed joy to my life each day. I wish in some ways that we weren't so depressed/suicidal and never had to meet, but on the other hand im still grateful that we did get to meet.

I really like your concise posts. I aspire to be someone that can relate to people or make people feel better in as few words as possible, it's difficult.
