Who has to deal with a narcissist family member?

In my case it's my sister.

The constant stress is physically painful.

The lies, the gaslighting, the explosions, the cycle that repeats over and over.

What I hate most is how other people don't see it. She can fool other people with her lies, but not me. But the mask always falls off eventually. If only someone would listen. It's enough to drive you insane.

Why is it always these kinds of people who procreate? I'm sure she'll go on to abuse her child as well.
