So, I seriously consider ligature strangulation / tourniquet / night night methods + drowning in a cold sea (one of them which will reliably compress arteries, induce loss of consciousness and optionally, with help of padding on sides of neck, not pressing on trachea so much). One of them will cause unconsciousness, I will fall into cold sea and be drowned.

My greatest difficulties: finding my sweet spot, testing my method reliably without suddenly having a stroke or something. Compressing arteries is very risky. I need to be very careful to not end up disabled, paralyzed but alive thanks to stroke


Is there anyone who consider these methods? Followed by drowning, SN, or other methods.

What are you doing for preparing? What are your opinions on these methods? Have you ever tried them?

I tried ligature a few times but kept untying it everytime my lips went numb. I don't know much about night night method. Is that like ligature with weights?
I don't know what method to use. I wish I could od.
I'm afraid of messing it up and ending up worse too. Si kicks in.

It's unreliable, can result in scary stroke. I will try ligature to lose my consciousness and get drowned inside cold sea. I mainly will try it for purpose of losing consciousness and remaining unconscious for some time

I'm planning to combine ligature strangulation with a bag over my head, and I'll be tying my hands so when SI kick in I can't undo the knots if all that still didn't work I'll probably go with partial hanging or full suspension if I found a suitable anchor
