Before I start, this has been something that I've wanted to do for a long time (2 almost successful attempts via od and hanging) and isn't just a knee jerk reaction.
My husband died yesterday afternoon. I'm an almostly completely housebound agoraphobic with a slew of mental health problems and I no longer have anything or anybody to live for; or rather to not die for.
I have a lot of different prescription medications at home including:
Oramorph
Zomorph
Atorvostatin
A lot of soluble paracetamol
Carvedilol
A lot of insulin - novomix 30 100 units/ml
Omeprazole
Sertraline
Propanolol etc.
There are other gastro meds and other random pretty harmless ones.
I don't know what would or could aid me in ctb. Would certain cocktails be good? Should I seriously look into SN in conjunction? I was considering a combo of things as well as hanging.
I love my husband and fuck am I devastated. I need to arrange things and will give myself time to let this sink in, but I need my escape plan ready and waiting.
