Actually, I think annexing is not the right thing to do. But if I had to choose between Venezuela, Greenland and Canada, which one would I choose? You can make other suggestions.
I think annexing Venezuela would be the poorest choice. Because they are in fact poor. It is probably the right choice to only make them a dependent vassal of the US with a puppet government. So you're welcome Mr. Trump.
Greenland? I don't know. The military relevance might be more important than minerals and the rare earths. It doesn't seem smart to destroy NATO for it. But if Trump can make a better deal than Denmark offers and the population of Greenland would be willing to join. This might be a good opportunity. I heard in an embarrassing way Denmark tries to appease Greenland like never before because they fear losing them. I have doubts whether all this attention will have a good impact on this island though.
Canada? You know at first it seems stupid to annex a friendly neighbor country. Especially, if the economy of both countries are highly intertwined. But....there is no but. Lol. it is stupid.
I think the best deal would be if Canada annexed the US. There will be a referendum in the US which states want to join Canada and in the long run no one wants to stay in this hellhole.
I mean if some countries wanted to join the US voluntarily I think this would be fine. Or in some ways they could persuade them to join. But imperialistic agendas often backfire. And don't buy this high-precision operation bullshit. Abducting Maduro will destabilize the region. Moreover, it is a dangerous precedent. Russia and China will use this as an excuse for their imperialistic ambitions.
